After earning a MBA in Healthcare Admin and Management, I continued working with a Specialty Pharmacy completing call center metrics and managing systems to improve productivity and employee satisfaction scores. 7 Weeks after having my 3rd son, I was released from my position and began a network marketing business. I built a team in MLM, had home parties, attended events and gave away products. It became pretty expensive to do business the traditional MLM way and I needed a way to build my team while having time for my family.
