On the next video I will go into a brief pleasure vs. pain exercise which will really bring out more feelings about your goal. In the video I go into why feeling into your goals is so effective. The more you re-read your vision and think about how good it feels to achieve, the more inspiration you will give yourself to take the necessary actions. It’s a great idea to review your dream day vision everyday or more than once a day if you want. When you read it, remember to feel the emotions. Our feelings of fear are behind why we procrastinate. Our feelings of hopefulness where we talk to a bunch of people because our level of belief may have increased. The best way I’ve found to automatically increase your belief it to take action steps every single day. By taking daily steps, this gives you more belief and feeds into your ability to take more action.
